Media Capsule addressed the challenge of how to present multimedia effectively on a variety of different websites across Harvard and beyond. Over the course of this project, the team worked with staff across the Harvard community, including faculty, librarians, technologists, and communications staff, to research open source options for multimedia delivery and ultimately learned that a site license was in process for an open source video platform.
