Link-o-matic automates the process of linking digital resources in Harvard Library’s digital preservation system with their associated metadata in discovery systems such as HOLLIS+, resulting in significant time savings over the previous manual process. The benefits of Link-o-matic include more efficient management of digitization projects, availability of additional metadata to researchers, and, as a result of work done in the course of the project, enhancements to the display and structure of finding aids in the OASIS system.
