March 2012 update
We have had regular conference calls and met in person with consultant Karen Coyle to discuss the parameters of the report and its progress. Ms. Coyle visited campus in early February and met with several Harvard constituents and stakeholders to gather information about current local practices and technical requirements. More recently, MacKenzie Smith has been working with Ms. Coyle to summarize the functional requirements as a set of software requirements for the potential HSIP system, a high-level feasibility analysis of implementing those requirements, and an evaluation of available software products in meeting those requirements. A final report has been submitted by both consultants and will be in circulation at the end of the month.
